Ellen M. Brennan, Ph.D., P.C. | Adjunct Faculty

 

Ellen is a new addition to LDI Faculty, teaching a class entitled "Relationships, Real Love and Happiness". This course is aimed at supporting the young adults at LDI in creating loving and responsible relationships throughout their lives.

 

Born and raised in New York, Ellen traveled to Los Angeles, California to attend USC where she earned her doctoral degree in Sociology with a clinical specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy in September of 1983. She is licensed in California, Indiana and now, Arizona, where she has lived for the past 6 years. She is a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. Her private practice is located in Glendale, Arizona where she enjoys working with individuals, couples and families on issues as varied as Autism Spectrum Disorders, parenting, mood difficulties, communication, addictive patterns of behavior, recovering from trauma, human sexuality and much more.

 

Ellen loves music, cooking, film, reading and home life. She has been training in the study of unconditional love with Greg Baer, M.D. and is enjoying teaching LDI students how to find happiness throughout their lives.
