Prerequisites
Enrollment is based on a rolling admissions/open entry process
for trimester starting points approximately every 16 weeks. Depending
on individual circumstances, desired late starting dates for enrollment
can and do occur. Potential candidates for LDI's program are interviewed
throughout the calendar year for admission.
Admission pre-requisites include:
Completed Student Application Form
$100.00 Application Fee
Most recent psycho-educational battery (within last 3 years), reflecting
results
of at least IQ and achievement tests - i.e., the Woodcock-Johnson and
WAIS-III Transcripts and an IEP or 504 Plan (as available or applicable)
Student interview
