Procedures
Upon completion and submission of student application information and
most recent testing, an on-campus interview with LDI administrators will
be arranged and scheduled. The interview and campus tour will consist
of a full discussion of the LDI program components, meetings with several
staff members, and a tour of the residential complex where LDI students
live and are engaged in social, independent-living and community-based
activities. The interview/visit must be scheduled in advance; its duration
is approximately 5 hours.
Once accepted, an enrollment package will be sent within two (2) weeks.
Contents include a contract for student services which must be signed
and returned with payment of the Program Contract fees and an initial
$400 for the student's personal account.
