Roles and Relationships

Student/mentor meetings are frequent and timely. This close and consistent assistance and supervision allows for skill building and maturation. Residential staff are mentors and serve as models of residential living. Also, they observe and report to the advisor of each student the individual's performance progress, social development and report any issues immediately. Residential Staff provide a major piece of the global empowerment and independence that students gain while attending LDI.
